The error shows "Change password from IM portal" I changed the password many times but still error persistent, solution plz

First uninstall the previous ServiceDesk app. Then install new version and try to login sir

@@tusharkarke01 rename the app. Add '.apk' at last of the app name and try to install. Also uninstall the previous ServiceDesk app first
