Just found out about Dope Lemon today basically. I listen to Pandora in my office, and if you know how Pandora works, it gives you the music genre when you create a channel from a specific band. Dope Lemon popped up while I was working with a client, and I had to stop and look at my iPad to see what artist was playing this song. I saw Dope Lemon as the band, and I absolutely love their sound. I'm old school and 58 years GenX. Even though classic rock and roll is great music, I'm over it. It's been played a million times, and I want new music. In the past couple of years, I've come to really appreciate a few of the new artists. I've already come to enjoy bands like Tame Impala, Post Malone, Gary Clark Jr., Greta Van Fleet, and more. Dope Lemon has just been added to the list.

I swear I met these characters on the streets of Vancouver in the mid 90's. They certainly remind me of them. We used to hang around and watch the insanity that is downtown Van. @@craigmartin1761 Awesome man! I know all those places. I went to a couple of art collective things on Hastings. I'm not an artist but I did paint a pretty realistic looking bud on the wall. I wonder if it's still there? Wreck Beach, so awesome! Could get weed etc but they kept the hard drugs out as much as they could. Good community. looks out for people. Used to hang around the Lizard Lounge nekkid and smokin herb. Hell of a walk back up the hill though. BBQ, cold Magartias, frisbee on the beach. Gonna have to check it out again, probably different now. I was working as a Grip in the film biz on various movies/TV series/movie of the week. Was on Stargate SG-1 for a couple of months, worked on Leslie Nielsen's "Wrongfully Accused", Viper, Millenium, X-Files, Da Vinci's Inquest etc. Marc Emery once gave us a nice big bud when we were dry and couldn't find anything.
