Keep practicing. Start with the thumbaround, it's the easiest imo. It took me about an hour to really get the hang of when I was into this sort of thing.

Tips: Take a long pencil and roll tape on the ends and then when spinning it, bend the second knuckle of your index finger further than you think (maybe a 90 degree angle).

I got that same situation u need to do is keep the pen on your arm when u do a 1.5 revolution use your index finger to wide the gap between ur middle and index so it can catch the pen on ur both finger I hope this helps I been 2 years of PS so good luck bro :D
