The G9 is just a newer improved and better version of it although both are very impractical for gaming, just get a 27"/32" Odyssey G7 which has the same specs but is smaller and has a way better supported aspect ratio. Almost no games support the G9's res and aspect ratio.

These monitors are insane. I've got two stacked on my wall and it's insane!!!! Phillips Hue lighting with hue sync, sonos audio (powered annoyingly by a new sound card - needed the optical out) and twin 2080Tis deserved ALOT of screen :D

@@HoeplessAlexis most of it is expensed through work (lucky lad). It sounds great but I would say that in a confined space the two Sonos ones and the sub are overkill. You could happily get away with the bar and sub and hardly notice the difference. I've also dropped down to one screen as my work changed and the two stacked actually killed off the nice lighting around the screen for gaming etc.
