Gun idle animation really remind me of that playful idle animation from Metro Exodus, I'm glad they add it in this mod since I always modded my games and rp as playful person so this mod is a must!

VMW for now is superior to TAC in my opinion, here's why : Sounds effects are pretty good, compared to TAC gun sounds, which sounds like guns over 800rpm (like the HK-416 and M4a1) are in brust-fire when they're in fact on automatic mode. The effects in VMW are top notch, the latest version adds water drops on your screen when it rains, it also adds a bloom effect to some missive textures like the sun and muzzle flashes (also works with some other mods like techguns) and it even adds this bloom effect to nuclear explosions from the HBM NTM mod The customization system is also much better compared to TAC's, since you have different kinds of handguards, stocks (not just light, tactical and heavy stocks), and adds a bunch of other attachments and weapon modifications like lasers and even conversion kits. As for animations they're pretty comparable to TAC's in terms of quality, even though some of them are not completely finished.

TAC is a follower for VMW, becuse VMW lost support, and there were no more versions scince 1.12.2.

This is all fair but you really shouldve compared to the vmw beta branch because it is essentially a whole new mod and better in every single way. Also is actually stable on servers now. Theres also modular warfare which is really good too, though im not sure how far into releasing they are

the 2 reason i choose timeless over vics(i still use vics sometimes) is because it has more craftable guns and is on later versions but vics has like 6 craftable guns and is on fairly old versions

I'm probably late, but try disabling Fast Render in Options (Options -- Video Settings -- Performance). I had a similar problem with MrCrayfish's Gun Mod and Timeless & Classics. Hope it'll help.
