So just wanted to say about the noggle (the big black tube)... These are great for if you live in a place where it gets really hot and you have an infant. For example, I live in Arizona and when my kids were babies in those infant car seats that have to be in the back seat facing backwards, they would get cranky because they'd get hot and sweaty (since there's no vent pointing the other direction). Using one of these really is 'a game changer' for that specific application at least.

I have seen cops use that air conditioning hose, though they usually had a different end attachment that looks like a long flat vacuum hose attachment, and they tuck it under their bullet proof vests while in the car.
