You might need to unlock it, but there's an Expert Mode that starts at high speed. I have not played this game in a long time.

Is it still a world record, if the high score on the Xbox version is 36 billion or some stupid number? Some cheater used a modded Xbox an ruined the leaderboards for Highway. Kind of demotivates one to fight for 11th place, when the top 10 spots are all cheat scores...
