I am curious the sort of long term costs between the 2 technologies, would it be cheaper in the long run to replace everything with phase array now? Is it more expensive to maintain phased array radars? I almost expected more than just "millions" to replace every radar, though that's probably just a ballpark number.

I got a feeling money and contracts are as usual certain people WOULDN'T get payed so when there grant money comes in it gets fixed
