Many thanks for this video absolutely love it I do have a question though, under pulsatility index you did mention as pulsatility increases, diastolic flow increases, i found this contradictory to the statement under arterial pulsatility; high pulsatility, where there was little to no diastolic flow .

Excellent! i have a question: why waveform of lower limb are normally triphasic (high pulsatility and resistance) and waveform of upper limb are normally mixed pulsatility and resistance (as at 32:58 in the middle on the right part of figure) or there is no difference between upper and lower limbs? thanks in advance
