That's a moped lol I'm not sure if you might be from out of the US but it's heavily common here. It actually substitutes as a cheaper alternative to a car, and in a lot of states doesn't even require a license to drive. Now granted, that is one souped up moped lmao that doesn't look too cheap. Typically, they just don't go over like 50-60 mph, some even slower depending on how much you're willing to pay for it.

You should check out her performance with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. Doreen Ketchens is a really well known clarinetist and has performed for 4 presidents
