It took a few minutes for the choir to step up, and they never put Dorinda’s mic up loud enough. Because I’ve never seen her having to strain, but she still did a good job!!! Then Bishop Blake keep it going very nicely!!

You know, when I watch some of these old convocation services and I’ll see Bishop Timothy Wright, I remember he and his wife and grandson were on their way home and a drunk driver crossed the median. I know saints aren’t “protected” from things like that to happen, but does anyone else wonder why? As much as Bishop was to the gospel and gospel music why him and his family and the drunk driver survived? Sorry... it’s just whenever I see him it brings that to my mind....

Marjorie Tillman ☺️😊Im a long winded texter myself!🙂 Yes. On their way home from the convocation.smh...Im n a nursing facility and we’ve been on lockdown since February of this year. I hvnt been to my church in almost 1 year. No one, not even my Pastor has reached out to me, other than my older sister, & 95% of those times is bc I’ve done something wrong. I know we all go through things in this Christian walk. It’s promised that it will in Gods Word. I’ve been told that I hv a great calling and ministry on my life. I’ve even heard God say that when I come out of all of what I’ve been having to deal with daily for over 4 years, I’ll hv a testimony and b a witness that God is a keeper and healer and lifter of my head. It’s all beginning to take its toll on me, both spiritually, mentally and physically.(sorry I’m so long)(I’m not even finish) (I guess I need someone to talk things out to, or with.)(So, I apologize) I hv more to say but I won’t.😕

It flowed beautifully, and everybody were on one accord with it also! The Blakes and the Clark Sisters and Dr Clark have always had a beautiful relationship throughout the years. Therefore, there’s nothing negative here almost 25 years ago. Hallelujah anyhow!!😅 Changing the song doesn’t change the Spirit!!
