Dorinda Medley Critiques How the Housewives Host Their Guests | WWHL

Hosting extraordinaire and star of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Dorinda Medley says she loves caviar on potato chips, but thinks Erin Lichy from The Real Housewives of New York City should have served a little more food while hosting her guests. Dorinda also says The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore ordering in a meal only for herself while on a girls trip was terrible and thinks The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Heather Dubrow gifting personalized items to everyone on a trip is “marginal.”

I loove Dorinda but how on earth would giving gifts to your quests/friends not be considered as being a good hostess?? Yes, she said the choice is marginal, but it should be an easy choice.. And yes, she was also wrong on where she said that line and it was actually at the restaurant in the Bronx. Apart from looking more gorgeous than ever, this wasn't Dorinda's best moment..🙈😶

It is marginal, she was right about that! It’s not necessary and some would even consider it tacky. Just make it nice ambience wise, serve a lot of good food and drink, and be kind and welcoming. That’s all that is required, anything else beyond that is peripheral, unnecessary and indeed somewhat tacky. I’m not a fan nor a hater, but she used the right word there.

Both Andy and Dorinda are wrong. - it wasn’t in the Hamptons. She made that remark in season nine episode 13 when they were eating in Little Italy in The Bronx. Dorinda is such a know it all who’s perpetually wrong. It’s like that time in Mexico, where she yelled at Luann in a total shoot-the-messenger diatribe.

She’s always come across as mean, to some of us. She’d go right for the jugular, and whereas some of those women (*Sonja) could use a ripe dose of reality, there is never any need to be mean. I never liked that about her, it was the boozing, she’s a mean drunk.

I'd never vollenter to stay as a guest of Dorinda's anywhere! She was a controlling, power hungry hostess and Bluestone Manor may be old but not well appointed and Dorinda's taste in decorating style, in my opinion, is gody and ugly.
