Can a lower pressure tester (that can only do up to 90psi) be used to test relative flow rates on GDI injectors? Not necessarily needing to see what the actual output capabilities are, just whether or not one or more injectors in a set are underperforming relative to the others.

In the real world at an independent shop if your removing the injectors your not going to clean them your going to replace them. I do mobile programming in ohio and I haven’t seen a shop with an injector cleaner. But good presentation though good refresher

Phil we have been cleaning and installing new filters in the injectors besides new orings for year. It works great...techs used Jim Linder the Injector Guru before he retired for injector service...now their is Dennis out in Utah. It works great...thanks for watching and your input. Man your training is great but dorman products are terrible and destroying the industry. I would consider dropping dorman. I dint mind paying for the videos.

Bill we use Dorman Products by purchasing off of WorldPac, NAPA and Advanced/CarQuest when we need them. Did we every have problems...yes but as of the past year and a half their quality got better. They are trying to improve and help the industry. If their products sucked so much I doubt the WorldPac, NAPA, Advance/CarQuest would see their products. Thanks for watching and your kind words...
