In this video I cover the origin of the humans. Going all the way back to the Keepers and the titan pantheon. Covering the escape of the tribe of Vrykul and the sacrifice of Tyr. After that I go over the formation of the Arathi nation and kingdom and the eventual downfall. This all leads to the creation of the city states that would later be destroyed with only Stormwind remaining as the main capital of the humans.

Damn, the human origin is sad, full of strife and sacrifice. I also love the take on the human race being just as ancient(or nearly) as some of the older races like trolls and elves. In most fantasy settings, humans are almost always a much newer younger species compared to other humanoids.

I heard that us humans are one of the youngest races on Azeroth. That means the night elves are ancient beyond our understandings, since they have been around for over ten thousand years. And they live so much longer than us that Malfurion, Tyrande, Illidan, and Azsharra have been on Azeroth since its beginning and still live to this day. That, on top of the fact that the night elves used to be immortal, makes us humans look insignificant by comparison.

Lordaeron kind of still exists too, sort of. As the citizens of Lordaeron are the undead who are part of the Horde. I guess technically they're not of the kingdom anymore but their people are still active

Void Elf makes more sense atm. Vrykul could be added when they include Earthen and Mechagnomes too, since they all suffer the curse of flesh and, as you can see from this story, all had close ties in the major developments that led to their evolution. Not sure what the Horde counterparts would be, but these 3 on Alliance are too good to pass up. All of those races were important in Northrend, so maybe next time we revisit the Lich King or something, that seems closer than ever!

King's honor, friends! By the way, do you think you'll be making any RP guides for all these new allied races? Would be cool to see since many of them have wildly different backgrounds and in turn drastically different cultures and attitudes towards the other races and Azeroth in general. For example the Lightforged draenei have been at war for thousands of years and something like that would change anyone. All of their racial abilities are quite aggressive in nature and i'm certain that while the regular draenei are no slouches the lightforged are on a whole different level since they've been hardened by war and loss for millennia.

the thing about warcraft is that the lore kicks arse. since it's all 80's 90's DnD. i think the lore died and the story died with World of Warcraft straight away. especially during TBC. a lot of the stuff was there and cool in classic but quickly got absolutely wrecked completely flipping characters. don't even get me started on the plot holes, between humans and undead, the elves and orcs. faction leaders. green jesus disappearing, illidan reworked and remade, arthas shat on by the dev team, ner'zhul shat on, titans and old gods and sargaras, burning legion shat on. and it just keeps going. hate what they did with Lady Vashj and Kael'Thas, shat on them. same thing happened with Warhammer age of sigmar disgusting. shit. don't care. bad lore. not as cool. not as good. can't even be a nerd or a geek cause the story sucks now. any moderately interesting character being destroyed in world of warcraft.

Nathaniel The highborne are just night elves who uses arcane magic. But then the Legion happened and they banned using it and sticked to using Nature magic. Though, they recently accepted using arcane magic again, looking at Night Elf mages (players).

In-proper pronounciation is by many viewed as akcents, I however would call it a deviation from the origin, and therefore failure of spelling. In particular the French English, is hardly any English at all, neither is the strong Scandinavian "akcent" but enough ranting for one evening ;p
