what a breath of fresh air!!! I'm a DIY-er as, where I live, no one can do this ... not even close, ending up spending money on something that i was never 100% happy with. i love your work and keen to try. being at the start of all this is hard to decide what you want to work with. I first bought gel polish then I bought polygel and now, seeing you, i'm so tempted and want to buy this builder fiber self-leveling gels that you use. I've see your other french nails tutorials and want my nails looking like that but i'm sure is not that easy as it looks like. I'm slowly learning on my own, I was wondering if you'd have any thoughts on this. i'm a french nails person, I would love to see a tutorial with your version of short french nails. It is all practice. I definitely prefer coffin shape too and paint in French gel technique. This tutorial should be helpful to all the nail students

I see why you dislike that white gel and if your struggling image how us new to nails would cope 😆 I think there’s so many other ways to achieve this look that would have taken you half the time for just as nice results 🤷‍♀️ then again it’s nice to see a classic French manicure being done so differently 😊

Totally. Main trouble is when clients want to change the design when doing rebalance, it takes so much time to file all white away

I can see why you're not a big fan for salon use. But I still feel like it's good to learn the technique for encapsulated french designs! That said I think it's definitely harder and more time consuming to do the reverse french with gel versus acrylic or polygel.

I absolutely love watching your videos so much knowledge and your nail shape is perfect with a beautiful c curve. Ive been wanting to see a beautiful French white gel. What do u think of polygel ? Can it be used over builder gel?

I would use polygel on it own. It is a kind of in between acrylic and gel. Good for acrylic nail technicians as you work very similar with it just more time as cure in lamp not by heat like acrylic.
