You are amazing!🤗 Today I tried to make an extension with molds, something I have always struggled terribly with without having succeeded. The molds have become skewed and the gel has run everywhere it should not, disaster simply! 😱 But today I followed your advice after watching your video four times in a row. And - taadaaa !!! - a pretty decent nail 😃 Throughout my process, I heard your voice in my head: "Nice and thin layers, nice and thin ..." It is far from perfect, but it is a good start anyway. Thank you!! ❤️

@@dorotapalicka that is good to know. My fingertips seem to itch after using gel products. I realize there is learning. That I'm often flooding but, some products, it doesnt seem to matter if it floods or not. I did buy some product from a Sally's beauty that didnt cause the itch but...THE HEATSPIKE! Ahhh it was awful. I think I'll invest in Nail Perfect. What would you suggest purchasing so I have everything I need for a full set and for a little nail art? What is their best cover pink? I'm italian and do have a little olive tone to my skin.

As I said in the video I do always pinch my nails as they strong.(10 years -no harm. Nice natural c-curve) Pinching is required in any nail competition and that the style I prefer. I do pinch 1% of my clients nails. Experienced (in this field) nail tech knows which nails are suitable for pinching with tools. Not all nails are suitable for pinching as 1. Over pinching cause nail plate separation. 2. On cured product risk of crack going all the way to matrix area, resulting in permanent damage. 3. Product separation on the sides if done on thin nails.
@janillebutler27394 жыл бұрын
@@dorotapalicka I love your response and how you broke down the answer & explained fully in what situation/what type clients/nails that pinching is appropriate. I personally LOVE the look of a pinched nail(I also have a very naturally strong c curve) & other than the fact that it is aesthetically pleasing,it obviously does provide added strength to the nail. I did not however,know in which type nails pinching was not a good option as I'm still learning,which is why I love your videos. You are such a great teacher & your passion for what you do is refreshing & I appreciate every bit of information in every video you put out. Thank you so much for making videos more often w the way things are in the world right now. It's a nice escape into something fun & enjoyable. Thanks!🥰
