I would absolutely find great pleasure in the mystery house, if only it were closer to a village or if it were to be a holiday home only. It was spectacular & the location so inviting. Lighting by gas would be hard to get used to; however, I would be willing to give it a go. LOL

Well, I just can't imagine. The 2nd house was perfect for me..but she is " I don't like modern". Nor do I, but with imagination and your personal touches..easy. He loved it. Oh, no sloping yard, well she is not going to make the entire yard a garden. The 3rd..on this is not modern enough for me...well ..what an incredible property. I would have 30 yrs ago, but alone at my age I couldn't maintain, but absolutely incredible. She needs to stay in the city..while there were villages, no shopping for what?? I m not sure. I feel for her husband, but each to his own, he loves her and that is what matters. Yes, amazing homes...one of my favorites ❤ Love this program

I am a bit confused = the front dwelling was "the bosses' house" with six other dwellings behind it. We were NOT shown six other dwellings, so I wonder if they come with the property. Also, the couple definitely said they needed a home on a bus line & it is horribly unfair to show something that is definitely NOT on a bus line!

Very nice couple. I like Krissy! And, if I were spending 700K, I would know what I want, as well. Hope they found that perfect home and are happy there.

4.16...I am sorry but I cannot listen to her voice any more...They see the most beautiful thatched cottage, fantastic price and the bedrooms are too small...then the ultra modern and she doesn't like that because it is modern and now the third one is not modern enough for crying out loud...Aled found you the views which I imagine aren't that easy to find...these people will never find something, they should stay in London...

Meg - I have to agree with the gal in that the bedrooms in the lovely "Chocolate Box" cottage were too small & the ultra modern was just too modern (no relief from all that modern to be seen). The major concern they both had with the "perfect" (my opinion) mystery house = too isolated!

The only bedroom, to be honest, that was slightly an odd shape was on the third floor, the other 3 were good. That thatched cottage was beautiful, I don't think that they had kids that would be turning up, friends maybe, but that home was plenty big enough for two. And the price was good, the home was newly built so no unexpected hidden problems...I did not understand their thinking at all. I don't know why the mystery house was chosen to show because as you say it was isolated and they didn't want to have to drive anywhere, but each to their own...that was a long time ago and I am sure they are still at the same house in London...:)
