Btw for the first tutorial, it is better to do two circles because of the cranium but it depends on your art style and how you proportion your drawings (if you don’t know what the cranium is then it is the bones in the head that protect the brain and it causes the head to stick out in the back a bit)

Tracing as a practice and studies for training muscle memory is okay, I've done it. But always tracing for every art won't make you improve that much tbh 🕊🕊🕊
