A monastary I used to stay at, raised cattle to support the monastary. They had several L shaped brushabout 5 foot tall and rotated as the cattle rubbed agaisnt it. They put their fly spray and something else on the brush and the cattle did themselves.

Chad…I spent a month with 3little ones in an RV. We were in an RV park, hooked up to septic. By the time my Husband joined Us…the tank was full! All liquids drained leaving everything else packed. That’s been years ago but just in case things haven’t changed or Everyone’s suppose to know better…thought I’d mention. I seen a video a few years ago. This guy raied cattle and had fly pretty bad. He took the fly strip that ate like a roll of paper and put them on anything he could on his farm. He said it reduced his flys alot.

Yeah for hiring a Plumber...Case should do a watch video and learn learn some things that will last a lifetime...I was just out of college and 1 of my college friends had married a Master Plumber...I got to be a gopher girl while working restoration on Fountain Square in Indpls..40 years later...the plumbers are amazed at how much I retained..Happy Belated ...love the hat!

Just a suggestion, once you set up a corral, maybe a cattle shoot would help you to hold the cattle still to not only spray them but for any other maintenance you might have to do in the future.

I think Jason at Cog Hill Farm sprays a cloth then wipes down his big old cow that doesn't like the spray. The cow has no problem with being wiped down with the fly solution.
