‘Yung na-mention niyo po about sa return of service. I’m planning to take Medical Technology which is a 4-year course po then hopefully, if I’ll pass the scholarship and everything will be successful, 4 years ko din po ma-aavail yung scholarship. I've asked the same question to DOST before quarantine. They said that even G11 students can apply so you can be prepared for the exam, but they can only take exams when they became G12 students.

breech of contract you will pay the expenses invested by DOST for the equal amount of years you have availed the scholarship + 12% . But you can still talk to DOST before filing a complaint this is case to case basis
