Was about to repost my comment but seems like Zfantasy beat me to the punch. But yeah, seeing as the creator used a Miku sprite they probably know that Neru and Haku exist, and decided to use their colour palette. I definitely wouldn't say that it wasn't a coincidence, but I think they're supposed to be Miku.

I love all the small details and character shown in this animation, and the story it tells. 0:05 White attempts to watch the show secretly and Yellow appears, White gets into the groove while Yellow is a bit skeptical. 0:40 Yellow hugs White and she misses a cue before recovering and continues. 0:59 Yellow goes too far, overwhelming White, after the hug White's head is stuck tilted for a bit before collapsing. 1:25 Yellow is probably introspective while she comforts White and then practices the dance alone. 1:56 Yellow is apologizing, she bows and waits for White to go at her own pace and start the dance. 2:35 White gives Yellow with a hug and a kiss, Yellow blinks in shock, White teases Yellow, Yellow squints her eyes and shakes it off/declines further intimacy and they continue. White starts reserved and easily flustered while Yellow is confident and rash. White learns to be more confident and Yellow learns to be reserved. By the end they are in perfect harmony with each other. At least that's my interpretation, this is a really good animation about a relationship.
