On the receiving side, how does someone import your contact into their contacts on their phone? I see there is a "download contact" button on iPhone but I don't know what to do with that file to get it into your contacts. It does not seem to be very seamless for actually getting your contact in someone's device.

Unfortunately, I am not sure at this time and am having the same issue, I apologize. I have submitted a ticket with them and will let you know ASAP!

Here is their reply, Please use the safari web browser when using the download contact feature. We are updating our software soon to make this feature more compatible across all types of web browsers, but for now it is limited functionally to safari. For your phone number, just make sure that your number is in the format of the following if it is not already: XXX-XXX-XXXX Once you press the download contact button, please remember the receiver must then create then save the contact to their phone's internal software to save the new contact. I just got one and now it works from any browser. You click "save contact" the contact card page pops up on your phone and at the bottom you get the options to "create new contact" along with other options.
