if you pay atention to third form....when he finished the job extension. his eyes were initially without shine(a reference to hack roots when Haseo was with rage eyes and blinded by vengence) but after he close and reopens his eyes recovers their sanity and shine and he smiles with satisfaction(he did the job extension legally instead of a weaker version given by Harald, Aura`s dad). Haseo 1st form it was imposible for him harness the power of Skeith....he only could use a fraction of his power in roots. In second form, he finally awakened Skeith(because, he needs minimally a tank job like edge punidger to endure Skeith power). the third form is the perfect trascendence of terror of death. of course Sketih resonated with the job extension and evolved. in xth form, Skeith trascended again and has laceration atacks and better long range atacks.

Since Kite defeated Skeith, this last suffered the humillation of being defeated and wanted another chance. so defeating azure god was taking a payback.

Technically yeah and he actually obtain Tri-Edge's weapon I believe it was called Azure Skies or something
