What’s the thought process behind leveling Grave Chill before Soul Assumption early game?

I use it to slow the enemies atk speed in order to prevent them from last hitting which gives me time to deny, the gained atk speed will help you secure your last hits. 1 point of soul assump is good enough in order to harass because on early game spell damages are weak so it would take time to fill up the souls bar so it is not ideal to max it early game. Slow is much better in laning

leveraging the early advantage they had to push and farm instead of team fighting with soul assumption. With the facet it also makes it much safer to farm stacks. Leveling soul assumption only increases possible stack count and it's hard to cap stacks early anyways.

its going to be gliepnir soon and its very good active item for visage in mid game, also we always max out the grave chill that gain his atk speed anyway. so i think its a very good 1st item for visage this patch.
