I've gone back through every 3 idiots raid video and logged every time one of the 3 has caused an ass kicking for their teammates. As of this video Deion is in the lead with 158 total fuckups with his leading category being bad assist calls. Dino is following closely behind at 157, leading in bad tag ins by a gigantic margin of 102 bad tags. Doto is by far and away the safest teammate to have on your side, with only 87 fuck ups...unless you happen to be fighting a GT Goku that's throwing a spirit bomb at you.
