SiRN Akuma is essentially Shin Akuma. When you do a certain 30 second taunt during the game you can actually make Akuma turn into Shin Akuma. In this form he gains access to his double air fireball and those two new supers.

So the Akuma supers where Akuma jumps and slams, and the other one where he raises his fist and smashes the ground with an aura, are usable by normal Akuma, however you need to do a 30 second long taunt where Akuma eats a rice ball to gain the ability to use those supers

You can also use shin akuma moveset just back taunt with him and while you're taunting mash down taunt then he'll pull out a rice ball then when he finishes it then you'll have his moveset. (Note: It lasts for only one round and you can do it repeatedly)

I swear, this version of Akuma loves to eat your inputs. Several times, he would Drive Rush out of nowhere the instant I attempted to jump, eating my input and he'd go in low for a free combo. Also, get used to being OD wall-splatted into his level 2 super. Everything he does combos into it.

Yo Doto I got a fun thing you can try out. Sorry if the comment is kinda long but it will be worth it. But you can use Shin Akuma with regular Akuma let me explain So as Akuma you have to use his back taunt(You taunt by pressing all punches and kicks at the same time. I recommend putting the 3 punches on L1 and 3 kicks on L2) his back taunt has him sit down facing away from his opponent. Once he sits HOLD DOWN and mash the buttons (The all punches and kicks buttons) you know you did it correctly if instead of Akuma standing back up he pulls out a rice ball and starts eating it once he's done you will be Shin Akuma and be able to use his moves {The moves that I know of.} So you can perform a double fire ball in the air with quarter circle back and 2 punch buttons The super where he chops from above the opponent(regardless of where they are on screen) is double quarter circle back and 2 kick buttons The ground punch is down down and all 3 punch buttons Enjoy Shin Akuma!
