Where and how do I get ahold of the mcs 90

Call your Insurance Broker - they will request from your carrier. Make sure it is the MCS 90 not just cert of insurance. If they say it has been filed and you don't need it, tell them you do need it for your files in case of audit.

@@tynabryan7111 ok thanks you so much its for the new entrant audit. I know I did the mcs-150 but wasn’t sure what the MCS90 was until I saw it in the requirements for the entrant audit
