DOTS 101 : Introduction to Unity DOTS for Beginners

Unity 1.0 is available in experimental state ! The core principles explained in this video are still correct what chages is the required version of unity (timestamp 0:33) and the package to import (timestamp 02:12). You will have to use Unity 2022.2.0b8 or higher (you need Unity HUB 3.3 to install it) and you want to import the renamed rendering package using "com.unity.entities.graphics". Happy learning !

I've tried installation in 2022.2.12 with entities 1.0.0-pre.65 ...but some errors in console !!! Have you an issue, please ???

What are the errors ? This video was recorded using the 1.0 experimental version od the packages. But there shouldn't be any issue when importing fresh a new project.

@@FREDO-py4ti deleting the library folder from your file system will force a reimport of all packages. That may solve your issue.

Hi, yes I am. All my videos are in english because a little under half of my audience is english speakers. They also represents a far larger audience pool than the french speakers.
