I saw Amanda's Video of her Thanking you and you srnt her a couple of rocks and a few other things. She was so excited to receive a oackage from you. She was like crying. So i am so Thankful that she made it happen that you could get all you sons school supplies and other things. You deserve that Rachel. You really eork hard for us and asking nothing in return. Kids grow up so fast! 💖 I love all the stones, so pretty! Really love the tutorial for your hummingbird. I think the flower resembles a wisteria. I need to try making the backgrounds and resining first, then doing the over painting on top. Really neat effect! Love those metallic watercolors! I just finished two days of heavy yardwork and cutting back flowers. I sprayed off the house and sidewalk and deck, and watered all the flowerbeds. Then I sat in the shade with a cold drink to cool down, and a humming bird came right up next to me to get nectar from some pretty purple flowers. She just buzzed around about two feet away from me for about fifteen minutes. Just a magical lil moment. So this tutorial was perfect.😊❤

I love hummingbirds so much! I miss seeing them since we moved to Florida over 20 yrs ago! This rock is amazing and brings back many wonderful memories of the hummingbirds that would surround our log home. You are truly an artist!

@rachelsrockscanada We live in Winter Haven Florida now. We had lived in Upstate Western NY prior. We had built a log home on 9 acres. I had planted a lot of lilac bushes which I love which attracted the hummingbirds! I had a stain glass window in our door of a hummingbird & a Tiffany hanging light over our breakfast table with hummingbirds. I just loved them. It broke our hearts to have my husband's job move us to Florida leaving our family & dream home behind. We have wonderful memories here too!

Why do u keep turning the rock over after you put a different color of watercolor?

My rock was slanted and the watercolors were rolling down the side of the rock.I was trying to stop it until the paint started to dry a little.
