Thank you for mentioning our little town on KZbin. The hurricane really tools its toll on Asheville and surrounding areas. We just recovered from a flood 3yrs ago and this one was twice as bad for us but we’re community strong and will survive. But thank you so much for prayers. Love you bunches ❤

Hey Rachel, use Magnesium Glycinate to reduce your restless leg syndrome. You can’t overdose although too much magnesium will loosen your bowels so if that happens, just reduce the magnesium. Love hugs and more painting!

I take magnesium capsules for my restless legs, it affects our central nervous system and muscular system when we are lacking magnesium. Although I have found when I'm really uptight or in summer when it's really hot at night, it's the worst!! I have to get up and run my legs and feet under cold water. I haven't had it for awhile now, we'll see in summer! Xx

Thank you for bringing awareness to those suffering from Helene. I live in the foothills of Appalachian Mountain on the NE Tennessee side. It was devastated as well. I am immensely grateful that we had no flooding in our area but the counties in either side of us did. People are still wondering out of the mountains as of 3 days ago who hadn’t eaten. The help is coming from churches, Cajun Navy, Redneck Air Force. If anyone wants to donate please send it to Samaritan’s purse. FEMA people have taken the rooms in the only hotel with electricity. No one can buy gas or groceries because it is cash only. Banks and stores cannot take a card for payment so even if people had $750 given to them, they would have no way to access it. So many people are missing and probably a lot never will. Volunteers have suffered from mental health issues from seeing bodies in trees and all the devastation. I’m sorry to be so blunt but people need to know the facts. Remember Samaritans Purse has boots on the ground and are helping. #Appalachiaproud

Thankfully right now I’m at my mom’s in Ontario Canada. We both have watched your channel for a couple years. WE spent days together doing rocks with you. My mom’s 89 and just loves you. We shared your ups and downs with you. You inspired me so much. We have 2 large buckets with painted rocks done. I love to travel. I have a camper. Mom will be 90 in Jan and I want to take her on a trip with me. I’m going to take her to Ottawa and then I thought I would come over your way. I would love it if we could meet you. We absolutely love the grumpy pumpkin 🎃

Like you, I’ve been so saddened about the effects of Helene. I live in south Florida, and so many people were impacted in the gulf of FL severely, loosing everything because of the storm surge, and now they will be impacted by Milton. Please keep them in prayer and thoughts as well. Getting hit back to back is devastating. Oh my goodness, I love your nails! Would you consider a nail tutorial? I’ve never done nails and I wouldn’t know where to begin. Or, if you can provide a video or led me in the right direction it would be amazing. Is the color mica powder?

The government is really giving them the shaft. Not only stopped looking for survivors, but not even collecting the dead. Their just going to bulldozer the town away. This storm happened at a perfect time for the government because the town sits on top of lithium and they want it. Same in Virginia, there's a few tic tok stories on it also. Always so many pretty ideas!🤩 I'm subscribed, and I love seeing your videos.🥰 All of the destruction from hurricane Helene is devastating. Scary to see more hurricanes headed in as well. My heart breaks for so many.😢💔 Always sending out positive thoughts and prayers for people too. I also have the same practice of gratitude every morning. Things like having a home to shelter us, having electricity, clean running water, money to pay the bills, family in good health, good relationships with family and friends, food to eat, gas in the car,...the list goes on and on,...and for that I'm grateful too. Things can always be worse, but taking the time to appreciate all the things we sometimes can take for granted, really puts things in perspective for me. It really reminds you that those tasks like laundry, dishes, bills, grocery shopping, budgeting, cleaning, keeping up with the yard, among other things,...are really blessings to be grateful for.
