To all who knows that Dottie was real in her beliefs always preached the word and for someone who has gone through what she did its amazing for her to sing on stage and knowing buck cheating many times and he's up there singing its a terrible Dottie made the Rambos and now Reba and Donny r continuing and praise god for that. Dottie u r amazing and we know ur singing in heaven and watching down on us. Thank you for being so beautiful and rip Dottie we love you Krystal j

God is using Dottie’s (old age) videos to touch me deeply. In her old years, which are captured in many KZbin videos, this Saint STOOD FOR THE LORD despite the trials she walked through! And what touches me the most is her desire to love AND FORIVE those who hurt her during the course of her life. This is nice, but Dottie’s Sheila Walsh video (on KZbin) will SHOW you DOTTIE!!! Her message is impactful in that video! In all honesty, I am having trouble hearing Buck share. I think he was the cause of Dottie’s physical issues. How he can minister, even while having affairs, is shocking. And can you imagine the ladies knowing he is married and doing ministry. Yet, they don’t have ANY conviction. Instead, those ladies freely had an affair with him. God Almighty.😢😢😢 Please, anyone reading this, yield to the conviction that rises in your mind and heart. You know it. You KNOW when you should flee from ANY temptation. Listen, Do NOT ignore it. Stop the act rather than freely doing WHATEVER you so desire. Always remember, your sins WILL find you OUT, honestly!

Let me make something crystal clear!!!! Dottie Rambo NEVER stopped practicing what she preached. I lived with Dottie for a year after Buck left her and let me assure you - she lived every day what she preached. She lived with pain that you can't possibly imagine -yet she still dragged her damaged, hurting body out and continued to minister as often as she could - only in the Annointing was she free of pain. The problems were Bucks!!! He cheated from very early in the marriage - 1972 was the first she knew of and she tried to commit suicide. The album Love Letters came from that experience. is cheating continued throughout the marriage. Each time, however, she took him back and tried to work it out. At the end, he had yet another affair and totally left Dottie. His words to me where "I just can't take the pain anymore". But, Dottie had to take it - every day. So, I get angry when I hear someone talk about her not living what she preached. Shew as NOT associated with her daughter's church, if that's what some are referring to. In her last years of ministry, Dottie had a deep compassion for hurting people - far deeper than in the early years. Pain does that to a person.

+Judy Strickland Hi Judy, can u elaborate on what makes Reba's church different ? I thought they all believed the same . I had no idea Buck started being unfaithful that early . It confuses me as Reba loves her father more than anything so did she know of this ? So again what does Reba and Dony's church preach or not preach. I am only glad to know of Bucks ways now as then I was so blessed and to have heard it then would have crushed me- thank you

Judy Strickland, I hope you are still alive and hopefully doing well. I agree with your comment. I also read a short Online message from Larry Ferguson after conducting a Google search. I happened upon it. In this responsive Online comment, he shared words similar to yours as he shared how Dottie did NOT attend Dony and Reba’s old church. He did not elaborate on why she did not attend. However, the comment he made was referred to an article in relation to praising the now common “inclusive” policy and doctrine associated with various churches. As Larry wrote, Dottie lived by the word of God via The Living Word of God, Jesus Christ. I can attest to this after watching MANY of her very honest and candid interviews, which she gave later in her life. Her honesty and dependence on the Lord were PARAMOUNT in her life. For she could ONLY share when the Lord provided her the anointing (strength) to share. And when this happened, her constant physical pain was subsided. But once her sharing time was over, her physical pain was back, in full!

To -mygodis1lord - Dottie NEVER left the truth of the Word of God!!!! I know it's been a while since this post was made but I'm just now seeing it. She lived the Word every day of her life. This little woman survived 9 back surgeries; only to be left with a broken, damaged body that was in constant pain - except in the Annointing!! She stayed true to the Word - I think some people may believe she was a part of her daughter's church - SHE WAS NOT!! They didn't even speak toward the end. So, yes, I am angry when I read comments like some of these from people who think she abandoned her old beliefs. She held firm to them throughout her life. As stated above, I lived with her right after Buck left her for a year! Believe me, you get to know someone's heart when you're with them 24/7. Why do you think her music is annointed? It's because she was annointed - she LIVED and MINISTERED in the Annointing. She held firm to basic Christian beliefs and the Wod of God. In times of the worst pain; all she wanted was me to read the Word to her; it was her sole comfort. So, please don't make assumptions if you don't know what you're talking about. This woman walked with God every day and remained just as strong in her beliefs as ever. She held the same beliefs as all Evangelical (Apostolic) Christians. Know before you speak!!!

Mariedonceee--- You should check out Dottie Rambo and the Family when they were the Gospel Echoes...,,,,,, there is a song on there titled, Have you followed after Jesus. They made this when they were Apostolic, it is sad for some reason they left the truth of the word of God. However there is an annointing on her life, no one can deny that, But they do have so much annointed music. I heard Dottie say once, your music is annointed when it comes back to you, and hers certainly did, but checkitout

58 albums? Thats more than the Beatles and McCartney combined! Compare that to the one I picked up in the 80s by the CARTER FAMILY & CATHY.Not the real ones but a family act anyway and theres just this one LP.Cathy as the lead singer was about 12 or something
