12:40 This is why I like running Shadow Punch and Dark Pulse on Dusknoir. I don’t have a Dusknoir for Ultra League, but a Rank 1 for Great League. Mono type movesets are not great, the extra coverage is helpful.

Garchomp in this game with current mud slap would be borderline overpowered unless a fairy was against it. It would make regular and shadow Garchomp an absolute MENACE in every league! Ironic that Garchomp was slightly nerfed this season! 😭

@@Wolf-Marlon23not really. Its records in GL and UL are still completely atrocious with mud slap. Like 7-23 for UL lol. Maybe in ML premier because in even in open master league mud slap only goes from 12-16 to 13-15 lol

@@anthonyiscoolxx I meant specifically damage wise. If you're judging based off of straight lead matchups going 2 shields a piece, then you've already failed my point. There's too many nuances in a real match to judge high dealing damage Pokemon like that. Most people would NEVER run Garchomp in great league, and it's been ranked terribly forever, but it's ironically "decent" down there because of the damage it can deal and it not being as glassy as thought. The Shadow Garchomp mud slap farm down potential is being severely overlooked when you only judge Pokemon based off lead matchups. Poison, fire, steel, and electric are *currently* (ha) everywhere, and mud slap was given a second buff. I've been using Shadow Rhyperior last season and this one which is ranked TERRIBLY but almost got me to expert with Shadow Tentacruel and tapu Koko just because of all the talonflames, ampharos, other Tentacruels, and skeledirge running around. You could basically farm a registeel down with it and dump one whatever came out later. Not to mention multiple ways to run it. Give it FIRE BLAST for the bad manners! 💀🤣

@@Wolf-Marlon23 sorry bud. I’m all for spice picks and trying unique teams and have used tons of stuff in GL after hitting legend and just messing around like shadow Kyogre, shadow Groudon, sh. Mence and yes even sh. Chomp. It puts out a lot of damage but there’s no arguing that it’s just bad in any shield scenario. You’re only possible hope is that you win based on RPS or that you’ve managed to gain a 2-0 shield advantage against your opppnent in the end game. Also, you’re moving the goal posts on your own arguments. The only reason I responded was because you said how OP chomp would be in EVERY league and I all I did was run the sims and say unfortunately it’s still much to glassy for gl and UL and gets outclassed in OML. Thus, why I said it would see more play in MLP at least

I was the trainer at the 10:07 mark. (Virizion/feraligater/excadrill).I lagged on the 3rd double kick, and you threw the move right after. So I fell a double kick behind. That's why no CMP tie was ever made. I tried to call a bait on shadow dusk. At the end, I panicked and threw the charge move, even though I knew my win con was farming you down. GGs

@@sidewalkfantasy88 Can be difficult but have worked around most I've seen so far. If they switch into say Drapion I usually go Dusknoir (sometimes chipping first with Clef depending on how initial match had played out) and between Astonish and a usually unshielded Shadow Ball can bring down to around Swift KO range and then work from there. Since most don't carry Sludge Bomb it's not too bad for Clef at that point. Double dark/poison of course is nigh on unwinable.

The purify dusknoir is ranked 16 vs the dark that is ranked 17 , not only that with the purify u have the chance to have frustation instead of shadow ball and that takes away the mono move

I enjoy it. Clod and gatr are strong, but not required to have success Gatr being as strong and flexible as it is, means that far fewer games are decided on alignment. There's a lot more ability to play out of bad situations

Because they're more impactful. Slow charging fast move with lots of damage gets 20% dmg buff from being shadow e.g. old shadow Victribel with Razor Leaf
