It's not that. It's that I could not find the right voice for him. In his debut, he was voiced by a woman named Tara Strong, indicating he was at a young age. In this, I pictured him to be a bit older so maybe his voice matured a bit. But I was having trouble figuring out what kind of voice to give to him. Maybe a Matt Hill or Townsend Colemen type but by the time I thought about that voice, it was too late.

It's soulless, It's repetitive, It's corporate manufactured and it has no identity. There are so many pop songs in this day and age or at least in the 2010s and almost all of them sound exactly the same as each other. Noticable autotunes, dubstep beats, often hitting the same notes over and over again and often they get left in the dust after years or even months. History is not gonna look back fondly on most of them. Also, they seem to care more about the voices more so than the music in the background rather than having both blend together in a balance. As for the pop songs from the 80s, 90s and 2000s, sure most of them were perhaps made based on popular trends at the time too but I can tell that there was more heart and energy put into those songs than whatever song was made in this day and age. Nowadays, I don't think they cared. They just want to make it just to get a quick cash grab. And don't get me started on K-Pop. I heard their managers treat them very badly to a point where they are stuck making K-Pop songs and cannot quit. Why did you go for the comics version and not academy's version of Malefor?

I thought his design in the comics makes him more of a threat than he does in the academy series. Plus it looks a little more closer to his Legend of Spyro's counterpart than the Academy version. Besides, the comic version of Malefor is going to have a game appearance in Ring of Heroes and when it comes to my fan animation, I tend to lean more towards the games than the Academy series for reference and inspiration.
