What If in the question it says "Someone sold goods 500 on credit to trade receivable" then later on in the question it says "trade receivable payed 500"

If bank goes up, you debit bank 🏦.you received money so it is debit. Clearly written debit.

I use DEAD & CLIC to remember the credit and debit items but i see on the debit side you have included purchases and in my pneumonic it doesn't include purchases please could you clear up this confusion for me what does purchases represent in my pneumonic is it the same as drawings or is it completely separate debit entry

I dont know how to remember that the bank account is a credit. I thought bank account is an asset therefore i thought it was debit

What if we draw different t accounts for bank accounts???? It will be very messed up like : All bank accounts in bank All cash account in cash Teachers will have to find every cash and bank transactions? So what if we draw different t accounts for cash and bank???

You can not open more than one bank or cash account. And yes of course you can draw different t accounts for cash and bank.

My dear Arham, you can not open more than 1 bank or 1 cash account but you can separately open bank and cash accounts. Hope it make sense.
