It's very rare for a woman to give up her parental rights without the court forcing it because of abuse or neglect. And to pay a woman to visit her children. She really wasn't a mother so sure.

@@Probablydeservesit I guess the US has changed since I was a social worker in child protection. I did raise two daughters of my partner but it wasn't anything legal. The mother just told us she didn't want them, but I live in a country now where I didn't need any legal paperwork to get them schooling or healthcare.

Mr Washington , I believe,Said that his cousin’s name was on Child support Papers! Then he said the judge mentioned other people! After that he said, he was named daddy ! What happened to the paternity test of the others ? Why didn’t his cousin present his paternity test? When the cousin spoke he didn’t mention the paternity test because if he sis that would of answered their questioning! Thats what I find weird! Why no lie detector test? So many questions 😅

It's really scary that some women can sleep around with numerous men around the time they get pregnant, but they will choose to only give the child support agency one name. If the possible father does not show up in time then he's stuck paying child support for 18 years.

If you go to the court date you can prove you are not the father and will not be put as the father in default. However, I agree people need to stop sleeping around, its disgusting on all factors.

In the first case the "red head" the one that didn't invite her DAD that raised her and her sister by himself God knows where the "mooother" was to me she is ungratefull and as her mother's traits. She turned her back on him the same way her mother did to all of them. She is cold. I hope she tries to repair the damage. The father just wants his family.

1st case, the Mom is Irresponsible & Careless, had to be Paid by Dad to meet the kids. As Javanese anyway, if the kids Look Alike with Ex-es/Man Who Wife Cheat With, commonly bcs the Mom thinking a lot/strongly in love/strongly hate/ with the Ex-es/Man Who Wife Cheat With. It's like mostly happened like that.
