An important lesson to learn Suren also said many of his impressive games are when the opponent king does not castle , so we should castle in the game as soon as possible. We should not castle when it is a fine position

Not sure, but the best I see at the moment is Qc4+ Kg7 Ng6 Kxg6 Bxd6 winning the exchange.

I was thinking Rxd6, Qxd6, Ng6, several ways after that . .

I've tried 1. Qc4+, Kg7; 2. Nc6. If 2. ... Bxc6, then 3. Bxd6, skewering Black's Q and R; this will leave White up at least the exchange. I'm a poor player, but have still managed to beat Stockfish at the ELO 2000 level from the resulting position, by forcing further exchanges and picking off odd pawns.

At 5:50 why not play Be3? That looks like it would finish the game a lot faster. Rc5 Bxc5 Qxc5 Qxc5 and black is completely busted. Did I miss something?
