I thought the game description and analysis in less than ten minutes was insuperable. Also you've included something about this game's place in history. It was indeed, in effect a world championship match.

100% respect for Victor Korchnoi. What a life story! How he survived the Siege of Leningrad. We have absolutely no idea of how terrible war can be.

I can't understand how Korchnoi was so willing to open up the h file for white and allow white's queen on h6.

Suren: Can you do a program on Stockfish 12 and NNUE?? Seems like Alpha Zero has retired and not willing to defend the title.

It was a great game but unfortunately korchnoi missed the critical Be6 so he got into a bad position but anyway karpov played super precise game

Puzzle: 🤔... Well, 1...QxR/5; 2. QxR, QxN! 3. RxQ, R-Q8 mate works, although not forced.

So white has already formed his queen and black squared bishop into a battering ram. And you know white's h pawn is only two moves away from decisive contact. And still you merrily castle into it. Couldn't you delay a little bit to keep white guessing? Couldn't you exchange a few pieces?

Q×h4 , Q×c2 . Re8... Then there is no defense from check mate. If Q c4 then Q f7 as rook is pinned.
