This was awesome! I'm having trouble at 3:50 though. When I draw the rectangle for the mask, it doesn't show the layer underneath to get the double exposure effect? I've followed the tutorial exactly and I have no idea why I can't see it.

Excellent! Can you make a tutorial on how to do it if you have 2 moving images? Like if you have a profile shot of someone but they are turning their heads slightly. So to do it with 2 video layers instead of photo and video. Much appreciated!

Hey man, dont know if i'm in time enough to help, but this is easily achievable directly in After Effects with two videos Instead of importing the photo from Photoshop, import a video into your sequence and make it its own Pre-Comp, within that precomp, you can do one of two things. 1: you can mask out your actor from the background and do the rest of the tutorial. or 2. Have your actor shot against a Green/Blue Screen and Colour key out the background and then follow the rest of the tutorial. Once your actor is cut out via the Colour Keyed or Masked out from the background, it'll act the exact same as the image in the tutorial with the transparency Hope it helps!
