Double-extrusion Rice Powder Drinking Straw Production Line Test

On February 26, our engineers did the pre-shipment inspection for the double-extrusion rice powder drinking straw production line. This production line was ordered by our Indonesian client.
This production line mainly consists of 1 set of twin-screw extruder, 1 set of single-screw extruder, 1 set of cooling conveyor, 1 set of cutting machine, and 3 sets of dryers. The materials (the main material is corn starch) are extruded 2 times. The first-time extrusion is made by the twin-screw extruder, the second-time extrusion is made by the single-screw extruder. Adopt double-extrusion can improve the extrusion effect, and increase production capacity. The rice powder drinking straw made by double-extrusion technology is straighter, and the soaking time is longer.
