Such a simple operation yet there's almost nothing on KZbin covering it. High pressure and safety-critical lines are almost always double-flared because it seals better than a single-flare.

A countersink will remove the burr without using a file. If you rotate the jig in the vise 90 degrees, it won't move when you use the wrench
