In a lot of level 5 prisons in Ga the doors can be rigged. They are so understaffed that you might only see a c/o 2 times a day.

They pop doors after shift change early in the morning so you can get ready for breakfast. But every prison is different even in the same state. It all depends on the level, the layout, the pod or dorm structure, the warden, etc etc.
