Thanks Mark! I'll have a second 6 and 8 kg club tomorrow at around noon. Don't know why I'm so geared up to be doing these double club exercises, but it may be because I'm 62 and you said yesterday complex movements would be good for folks like me in my age range. :-)

man, doing double clubs with 30lbs each is no joke. I love the clubbell series. My favorite piece of equipment

If you are watching all the videos, especially the nerd math series, he’s giving us everything we need to design our own programs...

@@ClaarTube He's giving us the format and placement of each movement during the course of the week. But he's stated multiple times before "you could run this *insert program* for 2 years". What is the volume? What is the rep range? Target goal? When should we change weights? Etc. We need the technical stuff too.

Sam Santos Watch the 10 min of kettlebelling video. Apply that formula to each movement (or a slight variation). Each movement is a standalone program that can be moved around into a schedule.

@@ClaarTube I watched that months ago and actually asked him a question about it. That's when he told me he'd be making programs. Also, in one of his programing Tetris videos, he talks about high and low days (80% and 60%). So the 10 min nerd math wouldn't work for that or at least you'd have to format it differently.

@MarkWildman, Its starts getting tougher as you start increasing weights. Definitely it will make you stronger than nearby 1000 ppl around you!!!

Hi Mark or anyone else with some advice! I got a mild return of tennis elbow after an ego overhead carry finisher 2 days ago, and am wondering what kb or sandbag lifts I should safely deload with like you described the other day?

I have been just using the same movements myself, and just reducing the reps to half, or reducing the weight and reps.

tennis elbow is the absolute worst. deload and start those therapy exercises.
