Hello Dr. :-) Could you please help me ? I will have Le Fort I Surgery on Wednesday they want to impact my Upper jaw 4mm. How many mm do you elevate/impact in average when someone has Gummy smile ? I have 5 mm gum showing by laughing extremly with Full heart. I also dont want a very prominent chin After this.. Maybe I could show you pictures and xray for your opinion ? Or Video conference? I have a question. Before you get surgery does the oral surgeon ask for payment upfront or do they take your insurance down and send you a bill after the surgery has been done?

Hello, we are a private center, so we do not work with insurance companies for orthognathic surgery.
