just tried these and felt good! for the fulls I hovered above the floor without touching to keep the stretch and activation. what are your thoughts on it or find you don't lose much when the weights touch the ground or that was the intent ?

Either way works. It just tap the floor for the full range , not resting on it

@@kettlebellmusclegain gotcha, thanks! Keep at it! You're my go to for kettlebell exercises. Do you do any other workouts with dumbbells, machine etc for hypertrophy or kettlebells all the way
