I have double knotted my entire life. I tie each shoe probably 3 times in every shoes lifetime. Once when I put them on for the first time, and maybe the 2 times it comes untied from a double knot in those million steps before the sole wears out.

I single knot but only because of one thing. If you tie your knot under instead of over, it will actually lay flatter and self tighten as you walk instead of gradually loosen like a normal single knot. Been doing this for like 12 years and have never had an issue with single knots coming loose, even during sports

Andy is the first person to receive an F draft grade in the history of the Spitballers. Not entirely sure what he was thinking on this one but he definitely lost. This is however, not saying Mike or Jason won instead. Less than half of the picks drafted were even applicable/decent or better picks, and the fact that we have to decide on a winner for this one is depressing. Jason will in fact get the win here with the 'party' mentality of Donuts and Champaigne, plus Twister to entertain the group (Allbeit, the WORST board game he could have picked, as this game isn't ideal considering all the physical contact involved with... yknow, strangers). The puppy taken at 1.02 is certain to attract the crowd, and is therefore the ONLY good pick in the entire draft, as it did make my personal top 12. NOTHING else drafted today did. Seems like the guys need to do some more research on what the word 'fun' means. But enjoy the win Jason. Mike, good luck convincing the group that Declaration is the real one. And Andy, considering the noose and live alligator you brought into the room, the human head you brought with you was likely your own. Honestly, I do think that some of anti-knotting reaction, stems from not realizing that not everyone has jobs that require them to sit down all day. Because even Mike and Owl admitted that they double-knot for sports or times when they are active. I do double knot my shoes every day…. But I’m also on my feet the entire day, and usually end up around 20-30k steps.
