This was 100% your season girl. The, "I guess I can forgive you after all." Kinda just hit really hard somehow. Pearl spent the entire season alone and abandoned by everybody, and from everybody else's view she was some crazy unhinged lady, but when you watch her POV it's really sad actually. I feel like all the Minecraft smp's like these ones end like this. Where it starts out fun, and then there's only one left, and nothing to live for. I also wanted to add that Scott killing himself at the end was very unexpected, and felt like an apology for leaving her at the start.

This is probably one of the best improvised stories I've ever seen in a Minecraft series. It almost seemed scripted the way everything just fell in to place, and then Scott sacrificing himself for Pearl to win. I really thought it was poetic and awesome.

This is actually quite a peculiar topic. The life series actually seems to theme its morals around not bending to a world against you. Third life had no explicit theme but judging by what occurs in it the theme was the consequences. Grian served Scar and the consequences of the creeper, the whole red king thing happened because of Grian's trap. In the end though, Grian denied Scar the consequences of his betrayal by fighting him fair and square. Isn't that a much better outcome then an endless cycle of revenge that collapses the server into nothing? Last life was a series about betrayal. The boogeyman curse forced betrayals such as Bigb killing Cleo. Turning red forced people to betray everyone who wasn't red. Ultimately the victor was the one who stayed loyal even though the universe itself declared them traitor. Double life was a series about being stuck together by fate. People were forced to team simply because. The victors were the people who were forced into a situation where they were chained together by fate and phased out of the chains. Ultimately the victors were the people who had agency in their fate and wild card who worked against it Honestly this is more a monologue about the life series in general than a comment to your comment but my point is every installment is built around its irony

And Tilly had already lost her yellow life by that point. Once Tilly went red, Pearl didn't stop chopping until 4 people were slain.

Plus, she had the low ground advantage which gives her a higher chance of hitting scot since she can reach more surface area on his hitbox while scot can only reach for her head because hes looking downward where there is less surface area to hit her hitbox. This is the triangle stratagy used by TechnoBlade in his battle against Dream. She was also more decked out in gear after her solo murder spree giving her an armer advantage to prevent being hit with a killing blow.

"I guess I can forgive you after all" man, what a last line for the season. perfectly comes full circle from Scott's abandonment, Martin's betrayal turned alliance from both being alone and then end their relationship with them trying to backstab her at the last moment for karma to instantly hit back as pearl goes on a absolute murder spree after tilly dies. To finish it off, Scott after witnessing cleo's betray finally acknowledging his soulmate for what was basically the first time in the season for pearl to forgive him as they blow up. what a season of twists and turns man

Pearls POV was the best. Psycho Pearl was amazing, I loved everything about the series from your perspective (I've watched the whole thing twice). This has to be the best I have ever seen you playing. Not only from the role play aspect (which was extremely entertaining, your first and second episodes were the ones that got me excited to watch the whole serires), but from the game as well. You played it almost perfectly and managed to win two 1v2s in a row, with less gear both times. This was amazing, not even your soulmate believed you could do that and I think you were equally as shocked when you did it (maybe even more than Scott). I'm glad you joined Hermitcraft, otherwise I wouldn't know how insanely good of a content creator you are. Love your videos, pearl.

I love how round Pearl's story is. It starts with Scotts Betrayal, her trying to be in his life after all, goes on with pearl getting mad at scott for foing this to her, her being against him. Then they team up again and Pearl isn't ready to forgive him, they part ways and scott dies for her. One of her last sentences is "I think I can forgive you"

I mean imagine playing Minecraft, and suddenly your health plummets despite you not being in danger.

This ending was insane. Pearl winning not one but TWO 2v1s in the same episode powered by the grief of losing the only being that stood by her the whole way through along with Scott's sacrifice to ultimately make her the winner of this season and that last line of "Maybe I forgive you after all" was beautiful. This entire season was poetic, started off with a divorced couple situation, only for them to get back together for the sake of their survival, and ended off with the most unstable couple of the season being the last ones standing, and I guess the line "till death do us part" really meant something in the end. Slow clapping to everyone in this series, this was fantastic!

I saw the finale was out and thought to myself "Pearl's is going to be the best perspective to start with". OMG, it did not disappoint. Love the brutality you showed and how you played into the crazy, evil persona everyone had framed you for. A very well deserved ending.

Pearl finally embracing the unhinged villain character everyone had made up for her and it turning out to be a Force of Nature is absolutely beautiful. And deserved. the fact that even at the end when scott was placing the tnt, about to sacrifice himself, pearl had mistaken it for him trying to hurt her. she really doesn't realize how much her soulmate would do for her . and the little fight they had when pearl said she wanted to seperate he still felt sad not angry

Scott, Pearl, Grian - they all said that they wanted to do new stuff this season but the fate ended up tying them together That's why I think after ep.1 they went with divorce quartet and grian with "secret soulmates" - just cuz Scott already had a,season with Pearl in Last Live and Grian with Scar in 3rd life

Abandoned you, you tortured him, he tortured you, you reconciled, you abandoned him, you reconciled again, and when it finally came to the end, Scott sacrificed himself for you. What a wild roller coaster this was. And also, what a monumental pay-off it was that Cleo was the one to last 'til the end, and that you killed her. Really the first to threaten Tilly, and the last to suffer your wrath. So much about this season fits so perfectly, it almost seems deliberate.

I love that Tilly was such an important character Tilly the end, Pearls allays were trying to protect her by feeding her, while the red ones were trying to kill her. They all knew what was coming after them once Tilly died.
