Ok then, Hunter's Fang lv 2 and Sword needed. The rest are optional but Calamity will add a ton of damage so preferable to have it (electric ball). By the time you have 100%, this will be an instakill if the opponent has no Burst, lol.

Does each hit in the super deal more damage the more levels of a particular special move have been acquired? What happens if you have three levels in everything when you use it?

You can’t have level 3 in all of his moves

For the specials that have multiple levels, yes. Sundering Fang (shoulder tackle) and Megalith (guard crushing kick) can go up to level 3, Hunter’s Fang (spinning air ball) can go up to level 2, so they do more damage in the super if leveled up. No other specials Susano’o has can be leveled up.
