To prevent the 2 core power and the 2 maglock power batteries from going out at the same time, I swap one to a full so they are not even. This allows me to swap 1 out when it reaches 0% while the other still has some charge. Also, I found that if I place the container on the shelf and open the lid, they don't float out when I loose gravity, only if I have a bad collision.

you can also turn gravity off if you do the container thing and not burn through batteries as quick also turning lights off really helps reduce power usage

@@jesseltine Definitely for early game, but after getting the scanner upgrade getting batteries became easier, along with other components which were sold.

I just got star trucker because of your videos on another video i saw that if you expand the sector info on top left of the map you can see what is selling high and low if you do it right you can make more at the shops than you do for the loads

Despite my comment on your first video, I didn't buy this till last week. I do thank you for the lessons learned, but have to ask. How long did it take you to figure out how to drive in those 3 dimensions before releasing the first episode? I'm having trouble. It just doesn't seem very intuitive.
