You can't fly it in a crowded area (basically keep it away from people and you are fine).

Nice video :) I'm thinking of going on Holiday to Gran Canaria and I wanted to take my hexacopter with me. Did you have any problems getting it through customs and do you know what the law says about flying them over there?

Michael Foyle Photography Hi sorry just seen this now, getting it thorough customs was fine, if you carry batteries in your hand luggage and then put the craft in the hold luggage, as you're not meant to put lipo batteries in the hold. I'd double check spanish law as this was over a year ago and things may have changed since. At the time I flew with no issues other than I mention above the police stopping me at one point.

In Spain in 2014 it was forbidden to fly cities and towns. With the new law on flights with unmanned aircraft, today it is only allowed to fly with a special permit and never on buildings and people, or nationals parks Your flight was totally illegal.

Customs has no problem, except make sure to bring the batteries in your carry on only.

Björn Sigurd Klowski I'm not totally sure if the law has changed since I did this, the police did tell me to stop at one point! But more saying wow that's so cool but sorry we are not sure what it is you can't fly over the beach.
