Tiffany, we moved from a stick built home, to a double wide mobile home almost 19 yrs ago from NJ to NC and I wouldn't change a thing. We just up graded are master bath shower this year and I love it. Have a great weekend.

We bought our Doublewide in October 2022. It's just the 2 of us in a 3 Bed/2 Bath. Just this past week they were here fixing the floor squeaks. We are enjoying our home and still in the process of perfecting things.

Tiffany your home is beautiful! My husband and I also looked at manufactured homes when we were house searching but the cost to purchase land separately just sent it out of budget for us. I'm not sure how long you've been trying to get the last few things fixed but if you have correspondence as proof that they stated they would fix it and its been a really long time and they still haven't done it I would suggest filing a complaint with your areas Better Business Bureau. Most of these businesses like having good ratings with the BBB so it kinda kicks their butts in gear to get it done. You can file the complaint and have the BBB help you resolve the issue. You just tell them about the situation and provide them with the proof you have that it was supposed to be done and then they contact them on your behalf to help get things done. I've only ever had to use it once but when I did then the business was all over getting things done🙄🤦‍♀️. Hope that helps! My only complaint is the insurance coverage. I love my home, but wow, the insurance amount is higher and, in my area, only Foremost covers us. Any suggestions?

We definitely had to do some shopping around because some places were outrageous, but we ended up going with Alfa and it was a very competitive price and coverage.
